He was predeceased by: his parents, Manley Dow and Patricia Dow; and his sisters, Carol and Deborah. He is survived by: his son Jason James Andrews; his siblings, Manley Dow (Pam), Steven Dow and Susan Dow Stroud; his grandchildren, Aiden, Brooklynn, Autum, Jasmine, Kennedy and Jayson; his niece Heidi; his nephew Walter; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Isabella, Lillian, Dalilah and Walter VI.
