With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carmine P. DeSimone Sr. (Sanford, Maine), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 30, 2026 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio and Amelia; his grandmother Grace; his sister Theresa Peluso; his siblings-in-law, Betty Mullins and Bob Mullins; and his daughter-in-law Teri DeSimone.
He is survived by: his wife Grace DeSimone; his sons, Anthony DeSimone (Gloria), Michael DeSimone (Andrea), Carmine DeSimone Jr. (Crystal), Peter DeSimone and Richard DeRosier (Brenda); his brother Larry DeSimone (Terri) of Mount Juliet, Tennessee; his siblings-in-law, Thomas Peluso of Sanford, Florida and Carol Torchio (Harry) of Wallkill; his grandchildren, Grant, Samantha, Catherine, Allie, Carly, Rebecca, Luke, Sophia, Grace, Antonio, Sydney and Emily; and his great grandchildren, Charlotte, Carmine, Oliver, Finn and Lily. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
