She was predeceased by: her parents, Augusta Naylor and Thomas Naylor; and her sister Betty. She is survived by: her son Thom Otis (Debra); her husband Hazen; and her children, Holly (Dave) and Harold (Lisa). She is also survived by eight grandchildren and 10 grandchildren.
