He is survived by: his parents, Phim Saing and Savin Meas; his sister Sanin Saing of Sanford; his sister-in-law Tina Saing of Springvale; and his nieces and nephews, Anna Saing of Springvale, Rosetta Kong of Portland, Brandon and Alex Kong of Sanford.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Black Heald & Walker Funeral Home (580 Main St, Springvale, ME 04083). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
