With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stephen J. McAneeny (Sanford, Maine), who passed away on May 12, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, may Stephen find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may his legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Bagley and John McAneeny; his son Sean; and his siblings, Valerie Coulombe, Hillary McAneeny and Alfred Dane Yates.
He is survived by: his son Patrick; his brother Joey Sumara; his brother-in-law Mark Coulombe; and his niece Meghan Townsend. He is also survived by grandkids, nieces and nephews.
