We are sad to announce that on August 18, 2025, at the age of 80, Carol V. Chapman of Scarborough, Maine passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Carol shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Carol farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Stanley Vachowski and Carleen Laura Vachowski of Bridgton, ME.. She is survived by: her brother John Vachowski (Kathy) of Lovell, ME; her children, Sarah Chapman (Christopher Pillsbury) of South Portland, ME and Andrew Chapman (Leslee Peterson) of Portland, OR; her grandsons, Jacob Andrew Lufkin of Fredericton, New Brunswick and Samuel Thomas Lufkin of Biddeford, ME.; and her husband Arthur Chapman.
