She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Fraser and Lucille Fraser. She is survived by: her son Josh Bowen of Arvada, CO; her brothers, Gilles Fraser of New Gloucester, ME and Richard Fraser of Inverness, FL; and her caregivers, LaDonna Burley and Cheryl Poitras. She is also survived by 3 nieces, one grandnephew and one grandniece.
Her roles included serving on the boards of St. Joseph College, the New Hampshire Hospital Association, the Foundation for Healthy Communities, and the United Way, among others.
