Burns Jr. and June Burns (Dee); his wife Sue Burns (Egolf); his children, Andy Burns and Maggie Burns; his daughter-in-law Katharine Scott; his brother Walker J. Burns III; his sister-in-law Jennifer Tate; his nephews, Josiah Burns and Isaac Burns; his aunt Joy Tappen; and his mother-in-law Brenda Egolf.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made in Drew's memory to one of two organizations dedicated to Alzheimer's research: Alzheimer's Association (https://www.alz.org) or Penn Memory Center, in Dr. Manning's honor.
