Earle Ross Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Earle Ross in Scarborough, Maine, born in Spencer, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 4, 2026, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles William and Edith Esther Ross; his siblings, Irene and Nelson; his children, Shelby Ross, Danforth Ross and Earle Ross Jr. of Florida; and his friends, Al, Andy, Baka, Roger and Simpson.

He is survived by: his sister Mildy Leighton of Farmington; his children, Lyndon Ross (Betty) of Waterboro, Kimberly Ross-Southworth (Peter) of Waterboro, Mark Swenson of North Carolina and Christopher Ross (Jada) of Massachusetts; and his close friend Lynn Bell. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren, and many loving nieces and nephews as well as many friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Earle's memory to the Gosnell Hospice House or the Alzheimer's Foundation.
