With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gary McCormick of Scarborough, Maine, born in Portland, Maine, who passed away on December 1, 2021 at the age of 38. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. McCormick Jr. and Alice M. McCormick (Williams). He is survived by: his pet Garfield; his children, Hannah Smith, Liam McCormick and Alice McCormick; his siblings, William J. McCormick III (Kayla) of Hollis and Lisa Dery (McCormick) of Hollis; and his nieces and nephews, Brandyn Dery, Taylor Dery, William J. McCormick IV and Peyton McCormick.

“I never thought I would hear the words that Gary is gone. Gary was very independent. I remember a sweet soft spoken man. Someone to me, I believe it was Penny Carson what good kids they were. The father Bill Sen was an amazing friend of mine since 1989. Fantastic man. I love the boys to. Very sweet men.im so devastated to hear of Gary's passing. In my heart forever . So sorry to the family. My Condolences to his brother Bill. Another great friend. May he fly in the arms of his parents.”
