He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Esther Carr and Leon Carr; his siblings, Lorraine McPhee and Edward Carr; his wife Effie Carr; his children, Alan Carr (Marcia), Laurie Willette (Jerry), Linda Dionne (Ron) and Susan Carr (Randy Johnson); and his stepson Bruce Wilson (Sheila). He was also cherished by 9 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, 3 nephews and 1 niece.
