He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence J. Sullivan and Rita Sullivan (Boyle); his sister Pat Shires; and his sister-in-law Janis Loo. He is survived by: his friend Java; his children, Sarah Mastine of Denver, Rachel Lawrence (Keith) of Gorham and John Sullivan (Mandeep Basi) of Montreal, Quebec; his grandchildren, Patrick Collins (Michalee), Shannon Lawrence, Erin Lawrence and Emilee Mastine; his siblings, Rose Sullivan of Charlotte, Garrett Sullivan (Jerelyn) of Honolulu and Larry Sullivan (Sharon) of Charlotte; his former wife Katherine "Kay" Sullivan of Freeport; and also Kara Collins. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
