James P. Shields Obituary

James P. Shields, born on April 20, 1961, passed away on August 28, 2026. James leaves behind family members and others who acknowledge this loss. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father John Shields; and his sister Kelly Cusano. He is survived by: his wife Linda Faber-Shields; his children, Madeline and Benjamin; his mother Sara Lou "Sue" Bonnell; his pet Pluto; and his siblings, Michael, Rob, Richard and Lan.

A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Hobbs Funeral Home (671 US-1, Scarborough, ME 04074). A reception was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Scarborough Memorial Cemetery.
