He was predeceased by : his father George E. Roy of Scarborough. He is survived by : his wife Emily Roy of Gorham; his mother Linda Roy (Voisine); his grandmother Jeannette Voisine of Fort Kent; his sisters, Sherry Roy Blake (Jay O'Connor) of New Braunfels, TX, Nichole Roy Clark (Greg Clark) of Biddeford, Michelle Claussen (Mark) of Waterboro and Suzette Roy (Sean McKenna) of Biddeford; and his nieces and nephews, Brittany, Amanda of Danyelle, MJ, Eve, Lillie, Allie, Amias, Alexander, Arren, Autumn and Jonathan.

A celebration of life was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 123 Payne Rd, Scarborough, ME 04074. A funeral Mass was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Ann Church (299 Main St, Gorham, ME 04038). A burial was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at the Calvary Cemetery (1461 Broadway, South Portland, ME 04106).
