She was predeceased by : her parents, Theodore J. Axelsen, Sr. and Juanita Axelsen (Lock). She is survived by : her former life partner Bruce F. Maxell; her brother Theodore "Ted" Axelsen, Jr.; her husband George Pacillo of Scarborough; her children, Jeremy Maxell (Julie) of Scarborough, Sarah L. Maxell Crosby (Dan) and Zach Maxell (Maria) of Holly Springs; and her grandchildren, Leah, Ryan, Dexter, Henry and Charlotte.
