Mary Marx Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary Marx of Scarborough, Maine, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 14, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Mary shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Mary farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lilly Ruth Reed and Bert Sexton; her brother Ronald David Sexton; and her husband Heinz Otto Marx Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Heinz Otto and Donna Marcotte (Tim Marcotte); her granddaughter Kiera Conrad; and her brother Larrie Bert Sexton (Carol Sexton). She is also survived by aunt, in laws and nieces, nephews and cousins.
