He is survived by : his parents, Cheryl Vayo Hoglund and Michael Hoglund Sr. Attending Portland; his children, Julia Hoglund of Vallejo, CA, Michael Hoglund III of Scarborough and Danielle Hoglund of Saco; his granddaughter Natalie; his sibling Ann-Marie Mayberry (Bob); his nieces and nephews, Joshua, Emma Mayberry of Cape Elizabeth, Mark Hoglund (Tammy), Brittany, Joseph, Kayla Hoglund of Windham, Melissa Lamontagne (David) and Gage Lamontagne of Biddeford; and his friend Patty Brown. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts and uncles.

“I was so sad to hear of Mike's passing. He was an amazing person. I am definitely going to miss seeing him and our conversations when I go Sirloin's. He made the best Whoopie Pies and shrimp salad. He was an amazing support for the sanctuary I volunteered at. Condolences to his family and friends. I am so sorry for your loss. Prayers and healing thought to you all!”
