We are sad to announce that on January 17, 2024, at the age of 74, Phillip A. Hersey of Scarborough, Maine, born in Portland, Maine passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Donald Hersey and Helen Hersey (Brim); and his friend Robbie. He is survived by : his wife Donna Rice; his daughter Katie (Hawk); his grandchildren, Kaelyn, Ethan and Veronica; his sister Donna (John); his nephews, Derek and Darren Phinney; and his close friend Dennis.
