He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert J. Foster Sr. and Edna Foster; and his wife Paula Strudley. He was also cherished by his wife, 3 children and their spouses, and 7 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Hobbs Funeral Home (671 US-1, Scarborough, ME 04074). A burial will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Maine Veterans' Cemetery (143 Blue Star Ave, Augusta, ME 04330).
