He was predeceased by: his mother Virginia Belcher Dow (Franklin); and his brother Allen Belcher. He is survived by: his wife Janice A. Belcher (Dufour); his children, Carrie Rector and Matthew Belcher; and his stepchildren, Michael Murray, Angela Murray and Joseph Murray. He is also survived by Two grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
