He is survived by: his wife Ludmila Starbuck; and his stepchildren, Anastasiya Kilchanska and Russell Sokolov.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the North Sebago United Methodist Church (820 Sebago Rd, Sebago, ME 04029). A reception will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
