Carroll (Servideo); his brother John Michael Carroll Jr. (Danielle); his aunts and uncles, Patricia Brandt, Patrick Servideo (Carole), Teddy Servideo and Dawna Servideo; his cousins, Katherine Simone, RJ Simone and Michael Brandt; his nephew Colin Carroll; and his niece Hayley Carroll.
