He is survived by: his wife Mary Downs; his children, Jack Downs-Adams, Dareck Edgeyton, Nancy Curtis (Daniel), Rebecca Hachey (Daniel), Patty Sweeney, Catherine Seguin (Michael) and Millard Hawkes Jr.; his son-in-law Richard Dobson; his granddaughter Lataya Daily; and his sisters, Emily and Charity. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
