He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Howarth and Rose Howarth (Theoret); and his brothers, Robert, Ronald, David, John and Richard Howarth.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Louise Howarth of Dover and Tom Howarth (Tiffany) of South Berwick; his stepsons, Brian Lanouette (Bridget) of Devon, PA, Kevin Lanouette (Gina) of Windham, NH and Derek Lanouette (Kim) of Lebanon; his sister Shirley Drouin; and his grandchildren, Lucas, Jackson, Emma, Grace, Noah, Ruth, Rachel, Ryan, Amy, Mason, Sydney and Trevor.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McIntire-McCooey Funeral Home (301 Main St, South Berwick, ME 03908). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the New Town Cemetery (15 Wiley stt, Rollinsford, NH 03869).
