She was predeceased by: her parents, Ida-Bernice Fothergill and Earl Fothergill; and her husband Willie Buffington. She is survived by: her children, Scott Buffington (April) of South Paris and Angela Buffington of Lewiston; her grandchildren, Brandon of South Paris, Nicholas (Kam) of South Paris, Matthew (River) of Ohio, Ryan Thomas of Norway, Raquel Harris of Paris and Amber Harris of Cape Elizabeth; her great grandchildren, Charlotte, Marlee, Kayden and Owen; her sisters, Sharon Tate of Bar Harbor and Cheryl Coffman of Buckfield; and her friends, Jamie and Donna Kennison of West Paris.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Chandler Funeral Homes (45 E Main St, Paris, ME 04281). A graveside service was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Riverside Annex Cemetery. A celebration of life was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Chandler Funeral Homes (45 E Main St, Paris, ME 04281).
