He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertrand Turner and Ida Turner (Barker); his stepfather Donald Graves; his former wife Marion Starbird; and his sisters, Joyce Barker and Rita Ross.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his daughters, Vicki (Bill DeVine) and Brenda (Rusty Millett); and his grandchildren, Emily (Marc Derr), Jacob Dalot, Sunny Millett (John Friberg) and Nina (Brent Miller).
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First Congregational Church (17 E Main St, South Paris, ME 04281).
