She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Taylor and Mary Taylor; her husband Russell John Mack; and her grandchildren, Crystal Faith Mack and Keith Alan Forman.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Mack Forman of Rumford, Patricia Allen (Scott) and Dana Mack (Candy); and her brother Larry Taylor. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
