He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl R. Jack and Doris Jack (Maxim). He is survived by: his wife Helen Jack; his stepchildren, Theresa Files, Michael and Steven Files; and his sisters, Lolita Tucker of Livermore and Karen Downing of West Paris. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
