It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Duperre (South Portland, Maine), born in Portland, Maine, who passed away on December 12, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred H. DuPerre and Marie Antoinette DuPerre (Bertrand); and his sister Marie "Elaine" Simpson. He is survived by: his wife Cecelia L. DuPerre (Church) of Windham; and his children, Ann Marie Carr (Kirk Olund) of Falmouth, ME, Catherine Kimball (Alan Kimball) of Woolwich, Richard (Katherine DuPerre) of Scarborough, Lawrence DuPerre of Cape Elizabeth and Paul M. DuPerre of Scarborough. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
