She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Fitch and Margaret "Peg" Fitch; and her husband Herbert Stanley "Stan" MacDonald Jr.. She is survived by: her siblings, Sandra, Charlie and Nancy Fitch Trippe; her children, Karen F. MacDonald (Jaye L. Martin), David R. MacDonald (Caroline M. Pryor) and Laura P. MacDonald; her grandchildren, Eliza, Jesse MacDonald, Zoë and Charlie Parker; and her son Arno Kienbacher. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Somesville Union Meeting House (1136 Main St, Mt Desert, ME 04660).
