He is survived by: his wife Harriet; his children, Rick (Denise) and Holly; his son-in-law Matthew; his daughter LeAnn (Matthew); his grandchildren, Chad (Bethany), Amanda (Steve), Ryan (Meg), Cierra (Eric) and Camryn Mary; his great grandchildren, Cole, Cody, Everett and Noelle; and his caregivers, Sophie and Teri.
