He is survived by: his wife Brandi (Crandall); his children, Korbin and Mackenzie; his parents, Daylene Denham (Gene) and Brent Cullen (Susan); his brothers, Jordan and Caleb Cullen; his cousin Tyler Gans; and his grandparent Donnis Carver (Janice). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, special nieces and nephews.
