He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Boulier and Ida Boulier (Martin); his wife Bertha Grant Boulier (Becky); his daughters, Arlene Boulier Bennet and Tammy Lee Boulier; his siblings, William Boulier, Shirley Boulier Tarbox and Patricia; and his grandson Anthony Seeley.
He is survived by: his grandsons, Brandon and Quinton Seeley; his siblings-in-law, Marilyn Grant Boulier, Carl Grant (Barbara), Dauna Grant McClelland and Ed Budnik; and his close friend Mona Blanchard. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
