With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gerald Garston of Strong, Maine, who passed away on December 5, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Irving Garston and Dorothy Garston (Baker); his former wife Sandy Garston; and his brother Donald Garston. He is survived by: his children, Steve Garston (Virginia) of Westerly, R. I., Dean Garston (Erin) of Boxford, Mass. and Donna Lawrence (Nathan) of Hastings, FL.; his grandchildren, Brian Healis, Robin Christy, Karlie Ryan, Kerianne Smith, Garrett Garston, Alanna Garston and Jonathan Garston; his wife Alice Bebbington-Garston; his stepchild Byron Knowles (Ali); his stepgrandson Keith; and his stepchild Cynthia-Lin Knowles. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
