He is survived by: his wife Julie Tapley Mackenzie; his children, Shawn Mackenzie of Florida, Michael Mackenzie (Chandra) of Jonesboro, Robbie Mackenzie of Portland, Amy (Forest Fairbrother) and Lorie Mackenzie of Lewiston; his cousin Jeffrey Storey of Surry; and his pet Paws. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
