She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles H. Sullivan and Mary Madeline Sullivan (Davis); her siblings, Richard "Dick" Sullivan and Denise McGrail (Sullivan); and her stepdaughter Deihlia (Robert "Linc" Nye).
She is survived by: her sister Mim; her son James Perry; her close friends, Chris Fanning, Jessica Krupp (Perry), Jolene Nye, Jody James (Marc) and Ruth L. Nye; her stepdaughter Chelsea Nye; and her grandchildren, Robert, Tyler, Coral, Jamison, Emma, Aidan, Charlie, Parker, Jakobi, Amelia, Baylee and Grayson.
