He is survived by: his wife Angie Murray of Thomaston; his son John "John John" Murray V (Hannah); his grandchildren, Garrett and Amaya of Waldoboro; his stepchildren, Zach Durkee (Pam) of Austin, Texas and Megan Sykes (Garrett); his stepgrandchildren, Colby, Layne and Molly of Owls Head; his mother-in-law Joyce Brown of Thomaston; his siblings, Scott Murray (Vicki) of West Rockport, Brian Murray (Wendy) of Wiscasset, Colleen Murray of Waldoboro and Alicia Kirkpatrick (Josh) of Waldoboro; and his sister-in-law Jessica Ripley (Adam) of Washington. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
