He was predeceased by: his parents, Winfred Stover and Zelda Stover; and his siblings, Linwood, Lawrence, Luther, Lloyd, Lillian and Latina.

He is survived by: his wife Gwen; his daughter Tonya Reynolds (Dean); his grandsons, Dustin Reynolds (Cheyanne), Brandon Reynolds and Steven Reynolds; his black Bug; and his pet Ben.
