He was predeceased by: his former wife Janice White; his granddaughter Kaitlyn Jan Fish; and his siblings, Richard, Robert Durgin, Doris Hersom, Madeline Simard, Mayville Dyer, Helen Hewins and Gladys Sawyer.
He is survived by: his wife Dawnalyn Durgin of Turner; his children, Vickie Lovewell (Stan "Moose") of Livermore, Lori Fish of Turner, John "Tiger" Durgin III of Turner and Randy Durgin (Sue Bennett) of Kennebunk; his sisters-in-law, Joan Durgin and Sandy Durgin; his niece Pat Gilbert; and his stepchildren, Mike Perry of Livermore and Russell Perry of Livermore. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren.
