He was predeceased by: his mother Yayako Sekiguchi; his birth father Seiji Sekiguchi; his adoptive father Harry De Lige; and his father-in-law Albert Bradford. He is survived by: his wife Laurel Bradford; his children, Bethany, Nathan Couch, Moriah, Isaac Ampong, Joshua (Marine), Catherine De Lige, Elizabeth, Paul Clark and Daniel De Lige; and his siblings, Miyako Newell, Kiyomi Faye (Jim), Cary De Lige (Teresa) and David De Lige (Sandra). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, his nieces and nephew.
A funeral service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Court Street Baptist Church (129 Court St, Auburn, ME 04210).
