He was predeceased by: his father Claude Gagnon. He is survived by: his mother Rita Gagnon; his daughters, Lilah Lara (Jacob Lara) and Ava Gagnon; his grandson Luca Lara; and his siblings, Ann Campbell and David Gagnon (Debbie Gagnon).
