He was predeceased by: his parents, Elden Cook and Beulah Winchenbach Cook; and his sisters, Lalia, Patricia and Sandra.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Miller Cook of Union; his children, Michelle Burns (Chad) of Friendship, Valerie Cook (Angelo) of Beverly and Jeffrey Miller (Vicky) of Union; his sister Susan Blackler of Warren; his brother-in-law Jamie Miller (Kathy) of Union; and his grandchildren, Chad, Janelle, Nicle, Jacob, Tim, Heather and Brittany.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hall Funeral Home (949 Main St, Waldoboro, ME 04572).
