He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo S. Madore and Lillian Madore (Ayotte); his wife Carleen Madore (Ouellette); and his siblings, Della, Jeanine and Melvin.
He is survived by: his children, Peggy Madore (Herb Wheeler) of Daniels, WV, Lisa Sieracki (Marcus) of New Richmond, WI and Mark Madore (Lynne Fruth) of Winfield, WV; his sister Homerine Cyr of Carmel; his grandchildren, Jennifer Sieracki, Craig Sieracki (Heather Cork) and Elizabeth Lewis (Joel); and his great grandchildren, Jemma, Zoey Sieracki-Cork, Sawyer and Saylor Lewis.
