He was predeceased by: his mother Leona Madore (Cyr). He is survived by: his father Denis Madore; his children, Ken Madore (Rita), Allen Madore of Clearwater and Karen LeBlanc (Andy) of Waterville; his grandchildren, Ross Madore of Austin, Texas, Brandon LeBlanc, Kendra Madore (Ahmed Rhounimi) of Morocco, Kerrigan LeBlanc (John Oliveira) of Bangor and Kaylyn Madore (Amrit Singh) of Portland; his great grandchildren, Juliette of Austin, Texas, Oscar of Bangor and Ayla of Morocco; his sister Germaine Madore of St. Petersburg, Florida; and his siblings-in-law, Rudy Daigle (Diane), John Daigle, Roger Daigle, Rinette Cyr, Mabel Daigle, Rita Boone (Doug) and Joan Sirois (John). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contribution may be made to any "Spinal Cord Injury" Association or St. Peter Chanel Parish.
