He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur VanDerburgh and Judith VanDerburgh. He is survived by: his daughter Katie Church (Michael); his granddaughters, Margaret and Eloise; his siblings, Julie Bell (Pete) of Texas, Jane VanDerburgh (David) of Biddeford, Kris VanDerburgh (Mark) of Pittsburgh, PA, Chuck VanDerburgh of Waterville and Tom VanDerburgh (Sheri) of Buxton; and his friend Beth Burnham of Topsham. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins, and close friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the North Vienna Methodist Church (572 Tower Rd, Vienna, ME 04360).
