He was predeceased by: his parents, Warner Witherell and Jane Witherell (Bowker); and his wife Claire Witherell (Molloy). He is survived by: his daughter Katherine (Michael Bock); his grandsons, Phillip and Christopher; his daughter Margaret (David Hubbard); and his grandchildren, Jeffrey and Jillian.
