He was predeceased by: his father Ernest Giles Jr.; his grandfather Ernest Giles Sr.; and his aunt Beth Harsh. He is survived by: his mother Linda Giles (Leeman); his sister Claire Cole (David) of Strong; his nephew Nicholas; his sister Valarie Giles of Boothbay; and his nieces and nephews, Kyle Wilson of Boothbay and Cameron Serino of Portland.
