He was predeceased by: his mother Shirley. He is survived by: his significant other Tricia Porter; his daughter Krystle; his son-in-law Christian; his granddaughter Libby; his siblings, Sandy, Deborah, David, Peter, Butch and Andrea; his niece Katie; and his close friend Ronnie Weeks. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, extended family, and friends.
