With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jere Davis of Washington, Maine, born in Portland, Maine, who passed away on December 10, 2021 at the age of 86. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jere Davis to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Blaine E. Davis and Dorothy Davis (Plummer); his brother Blaine Thomas Davis; his son Jere Thomas Davis; and his nephew Brian Davis.

He is survived by : his close friend Charlotte Henderson; his children, Jennifer Indels of Hopewell Junction, N. Y., Juliet Davis of Stormville, N. Y., Diana Murray of Eugene and William Davis of Eugene Oregon; his grandchildren, Michael Murray, Joseph Murray, Keanu Davis, Tatiana Lambooy and Emma Maloney; his niece Sara Davis of South Portland; his nephew Blaine Davis II of South Portland; his friends, Dick Lord and Charlie Sawyer; and also Belinda Waterhouse of Waldoboro.
