He is survived by: his wife Jill Howe (Hayes); his children, Lori Howe of Biddeford, Steven Howe of Limerick and Patrick Howe (Kim) of South Berwick; his brother Richard Howe (Jean); and his sister-in-law Betty of Greenfield, MA. He is also survived by his four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
